Thank you for viewing my portfolio.  My name is Mike Schroeder.  I am the owner of Michael Schroeder Photography in Port Huron.  I have a profile here to recruit models for print work.  I am very willing to shoot beginning models.  Also looking to shoot PLUS SIZE MODELS. I am here to collaborate with photographers, models and makeup artists.  Even though I have been a photojournalist for over 25 years (and former firefighter), I am constantly trying to improve and the best way is to work and surround myself with talented people. I am also a location scout for the film industry.   I believe my best work is yet to come and I look forward to creating new and exciting images.

Women are an ever-changing and never-ending source of joy in my photography.  In them you can see elements of design and drama that excite you and encourage you to experimentation that is limited only by your own imagination.  Their moods, styles, and attitudes make each one an original subject for your camera.  You can dress one girl and undress her.  You can make her up and scrub her down, you can put her in a set or against a plain background, and she'll give you a different photograph every time.
