I love to work with actors and models. I get particular joy when the models or actors I work with quickly go on to successful careers. It is rewarding to see how frequently this has been happening.
A shoot with me can be a full day event and involves many different set-ups, clothing changes and image types. You will have a variety of B&W, color, tinted, indoor lifestyle, outdoor, nature, studio, fashion, sporty, editorial, artistic, and whatever seems appropriate. You will be ready to put together a diverse comp card and a great start on your portfolio. You will leave the shoot with a CD of all images. You can expect that a full shoot will be exhausting, fulfilling and just plain fun.

I have been thinking lately about the folks I have shot since joining Model Mayhem. I have had many shoots. Everyone was different, but each was nicer than the next. I have met so many bright, creative, and dedicated young and not so young people that I consider this job a privilege.
I have decided to cut back on the number of shoots I do and sometimes the duration of the shoots. This does not mean that you should hesitate to ask for a shoot. What do you have to lose by asking?
