I've been into makeup for as long as I can remember and have been doing it for years. Just recently I started taking it more seriously and went to Complections for the Film/TV/SFX course which was amazing.
I was raised on horror movies, so I guess you could say my love of gore, blood, etc stems from that. Even as a kid I would try to have the most insane Halloween costumes ever. I guess was really topped it off though was working in a funeral home for a few years. I was morbid enough to go home and try to recreate wounds, postmortem lividity, etc on myself
Needless to say, I LOVE doing anything SFX related. Blood, wounds, prosthetics, I love it all.
My main goal was to get into the SFX industry, but it seems that I have a more creative side and a passion for beauty/fashion/editorial/creative makeups. So far I've lucked out and have worked with some amazing models, photographers and hair stylists and I'm really looking forward to keeping the work coming.
