A Bit About Me....
They call me Jim Sorfleet (among other, less flattering names)
I am a Photographer.
I photograph people, things and events for a living.
The last image in my portfolio is a self portrait in case you want to know how beautiful I am
I am older than dirt. (at least it feels that way sometimes)
I am married, a father, and a grandfather
I do not charge a lot of money for my services
I prefer to have at least ONE phone conversation with the people I work with Before I work with them.
I will do TF* if you have an idea or concept that is interesting to me, or if you are ideal for one of my projects. (please do not be afraid to ask).
I do not pay models unless I am getting paid by a client. If that happens I will post a casting call for a specific look or type. I do however always have cookies
I work from my home. it is not a palace by any means, but it is my home. I have a small but very functional studio there. (most of the images you will see here have been taken there)
If I work with you, you will be a guest in my home and will be treated as such. I expect you to act in the same manner.
I take my reputation (but not myself) very, very seriously.
I love working with creative and artistic people more than anything else (except for my grandchildren and pie. Oh... and my wife too).

I do not give out RAW or unedited images, please do not ask as I hate to disappoint people.
