I take pride in the fact that I am in shape 12 months out of the year because I compete in fitness and figure competitions all over the World and make health and fitness a LIFESTYLE!!  Diet and exercise and intense training for three sports that I have competed Nationally and Internationally all over the world in have allowed me to age gracefully and have the body I have today at 49 years old.

At 49 years old I am trying to be an awesome role model to all that come in contact with me. I try to encourage, motivate, inspire and educate others about the important of being healthy and fit for life and to lead a very healthy lifestyle.

I am doing this by competing and performing on stage in fitness shows, guest appearances, motivational speaking to corporations and to schools, being a LIFE COACH, doing on line personal training, Preparing custom diets for clients to lose weight (or a diet for a healthy lifestyle or for competition), modeling, print work, television and film work.

My full time job is as a Mortgage Broker for the last 26 years. I do home residential loans and love the balanced life of family, career (business) and health and fitness. I take pride in everything I do. I am very diversified! I have done many things in my life.

I am very dicsciplined, mature and most of all FUN to work with. I am not a drama queen! I am Professional in all sense of the word!!
