About Me

I am a vivacious and ambitious woman. I love cooking, sports, exercising, and  creating art. I worked in TV production for a few years and now I have my own practice as a Certified Health Counselor. 

My latest project is producing my own Fitness DVD’s and a quirky internet show about health and relationships.  Because I have an energetic and outgoing personality, I gained a lot of experience as an on camera host and interviewing guests.
