I'm teaching English in Samsun, Turkey, now and am looking to do some local shooting. Should be in Istanbul late January and traveling around the Aegean coast a bit after that.
I like to shoot costumed models (historic/ fantastic/ gothic), and am happy to work with the model's ideas for what sort of images he or she needs.

Info for models:
For an initial shoot, please plan on 2-3 hours shooting time and bring a couple outfits, or at least a 3 different shirts. You'll need to do your own hair and makeup or ask me to find a makeup artist (they usually charge, btw); if doing your own, please don't forget makeup remover so that we can change looks. Interesting props or accessories are great additions - gloves, hats, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, and props like musical instruments, flowers, food items, candles, masks, exotic pets (maybe not on the first go... ), fetish gear,or weapons (fake or real, unloaded) are all possibilities. Costumes or historic garb are great, and I'm very interested in shooting dancers, musicians, and fire handlers if you do any of that.
A note to the middle aged men who write me asking to do nude shoots with them: it will cost triple my portfolio rate and my husband will be running the lights.
I speak English, Russian, French, and a little German and Turkish.
