Silent Shudder

First things first, I am not really a fashion based photographer. I'm about mood and feeling. I consider my photography to be a form of art and expression, therefore when I work with someone I visualize the end product as a piece of art. I will always try to capture the emotion of the moment more than a pose...or at least a nice combination of each.

ABOUT ME

My work tends to have a darker sense of loneliness and abandonment and tries to tell a story. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IF YOU WANT TO SHOOT WITH ME.
I like to experiment with odd angles, weird lighting, props, etc.
It's intentional for my work to look dark, bright, over-exposed,  under-exposed, textured, or whatever.
I like to work with people with open minds and those who enjoy throwing ideas around.
I'm very easy to get along with and can seem somewhat quiet or withdrawn while I'm working but I assure you it's a creative process that's ticking away in my head!
I don't normally use MUAs but I'm not opposed to it either.
I prefer to shoot in available, natural light as it tends to feel more like a capture than a staged event to me however, I do have a lighting system that I'm starting to get familiar with as well.
I consider Photoshop editing a major part of the art of photography...just as a darkroom is to a film photographer.
Currently I'm doing selective TFCD shoots if I feel that it will benefit myself as well as the model, however my rates are very reasonable. Please don't hesitate to ask me about TFCD but please don't be insulted if I decline the offer. I assure you it's just business.
