Although I am usually behind the camera, the image above is a rare moment where I got in front of the camera -- photo credit to my friend and fellow pro-photog, Brandy Pellagrino.
I am a happy husband, animal lover, and a long-time professional photographer. I also teach photography at Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) in Menifee, CA. So, if you are interested in learning photography, sign up and make sure you get me as your instructor!
I am experienced with many different genres of photography, and currently focusing on high-end wedding documentation and boudoir portraiture.

My wife, Rachel, is a formally-trained graphic artist and, besides handling all our retouching and album/photobook design tasks, she also assists me during shoots and is our studio manager.
Besides shooting weddings in my home turf of Southern California, I also shoot destination weddings and have accompanied brides and grooms to Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, Berkeley/San Francisco, Arizona, and Las Vegas to document their vows.
I have a very relaxed and easy-going personality that allows even the most camera-shy people to open up and produce some amazing photos.
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and began formal studies in photography during my sophomore year of high school (class of '81) and shot my first weddings as lead photographer when I was only 19 -- many, many years ago. I now shoot 100% digital using top-of-the-line Canon cameras and lenses for all of my shots.
I currently live in Murrieta, California, near the Temecula Wine Country. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), and am available to shoot not only within the Southern California area, but for destination weddings and events as well.
NOTE: I am a professional photographer. Although I do have side sources of income, I get a majority of my revenue from taking pictures. Yet, for my own creative outlet, and when I do have "free" time, I am still interested in creating imagery with models that makes people say WOW! I don't want to just create the same old shit as everyone else. Take a look at my Lists of shots that inspire me in some way and if you're interested in creating any of those type of shots together (with our own spin on them, of course), let me know.
