My goal is to create distinctive, engaging portraiture. I hope to make images that excite the viewer's imagination by revealing something of the character of the model in honest & respectful ways.
I am particularly interested in people with complicated histories - both ethnic and personal - which are visible in their faces or their bodies. I'm a fan of extreme multi-ethnicity, complex racial and national stories, and unusual & extreme features. I work well with unconventional looks and models who push the boundaries of beauty.
I am available for limited TFP portrait work. I am in general not seeking nude portraiture, although I am not averse to it. Shoots generally run 2 to 3 hours, and take place in and around my studio. You will recieve digital files of a small number of selected, fully processed images from the shoot unless other arrangements are made. Typically this amounts to 4-6 images. I do not release unprocessed images from TF* shoots. Finalized images generally will be emailed within 3-4 weeks of shoot.
