Her natural poise and striking beauty landed Nikki-Renée her first print advertisement job in the Reston Gazette as a model for Rhythm Street Dance and Modeling Center. As she continued to grow up she began learning runway modeling techniques and as a result, she modeled in several local fashion shows throughout her teenage years, even appearing as a mannequin model for Limited Inc. in Tyson’s Corner, VA and several others in that surrounding area. Other modeling for Nikki-Renee included print and promotional modeling as well.
When she was 13, her acting career started when she earned the lead role in a church play portraying Martin Luther King Jr and delivering one of his famous speeches, “I’ve been to the Mountain Top”. Realizing she enjoyed acting as much as modeling, she became very involved in church plays and School Theater. She has also been featured in the Miami Herald’s article, “Get Your Game Face On”, under Tropical Life as a model highlighting a suggested Superbowl fashion for women.
Nikki-Renée has recently relocated to the Los Angeles area where she is continuing her career and where she recently became certified as a make-up artist. She believes her personal style, creative experience & modeling experience will add to her creativity in to the art of make-up, thus adding a new element to her visual talents. She also enjoys writing poems, songs, and screenplay concepts in her spare time.
