My photographic genres range from athletic/sports to classic looks, it depends on the model and the atmosphere. I enjoy creating strong, powerful images. An ability to express emotion is vital. Even if a model has a great build, if the eyes aren't involved in the image, the shot lacks life.
I'm very good at working with new models as well as experienced professionals. I'm light-hearted, yet dedicated to my craft. I know that sounds presumptious, it's hard to find a saying that means "I'm fun to work with, AND we'll get some great shots along the way".
My studio space, while humble, is a great place to create light-and-shadow images. I'm a self-described lighting junkie.
A photo shoot is a collaboration, and I welcome ideas. I'm interested in working with models who like to be creative and have fun, but also have a professional work ethic. I give lots of direction during a photo shoot, to best communicate what I'm looking for.
A standard model release is used for all trade shoots. Please note that a trade shoot is for portfolio building. After a shoot, I go through the pictures, choose the best from each setup, and send you a CD within about 2 weeks with a selection of watermarked shots for your use. Please, no post-editing or cropping of images. Please no escorts or other guests at shoots, I need all your attention.
