UPDATE for 2009:
I am devoting my full time to my other passion: experiential marketing. I might still consider MUA/ hair projects, time permitting, but this is not what I am currently doing day-to-day, as I was before.

I have worked both in front of the camera as a model and behind the scenes, not only painting faces, but also perfecting hair, shading abs and other body parts, and styling and helping pose the models, among other things. Bottom line, I am the total creative help package, if I may say so. Whatever you need, I WILL make it happen, just ask the photographers that I have worked with.
I can be uber-conservative on set or your very own "laughivator" and know the fine line between having fun and being professional.
Warning: I do come with a sense of humor.
Avangarde to clean-faced, and everything in between, every ethnicity and skin tone. I have been the key MUA on sets with 1 model and others with 50 models. Girls, guys, kids, older beauties.. I love a creative challenge, but am content with creating a basic look if that is what is needed.

I only use highest quality products that are hypoallergenic and cruelty-free, and try to be as environmentally-friendly as possible. I love all living things and could never use a product that has been tested on a little furry creature. Check out peta.com for more info!!! Also, I had my own makeup done before "professionally" with products that just didn't measure up to my quality standards, so I swore that I would never put anything on anyone else's face that I wouldn't want to put on my own.
My kit and skills are HD-ready. I am also skilled at airbrushing.
Hygiene is A MUST *ALWAYS*, not just sometimes... MODELS BEWARE OF MUAs THAT DON'T FOLLOW SAFETY PROCEDURES (use the same eye applicators on multiple models, don't wash their brushes, don't sterilize the palletes/pencils after each model, etc....it's a SCARY SCARY world out there)!!!!
Also, please let me know if you have special product needs. Because of my healthy lifestyle, I can find products that suit even the most sensitive of skins, especially if you let me know your needs in advance!! I've had models who are allergic to eyelash glue adhesive for example and still had gorge lashes for their shoot without any side effects.
