Mayhem # 715600
Born in Paris, son of a photographer, I left the trade 30 years ago and now I am experiencing a renaissance. For the last 5 years I have been shooting performers, mostly musicians. It allowed me to familiarize myself with this new beast “Digital Photography” and I am having all kinds of frustrating fun... I am now putting my book together and getting ready to return to my former profession… professional photographer. I studied photography at the world renowned “Ecole Vaugirard” in Paris, now called “Ecole Louis Lumiere”. I also studied and work with my dad of course since the age of 6. I need to fine tune my craft and get feed back from other photographers as well as people in the field. I have so much still to learn, but what I know, I like to share. My tools are Lightroom 4.2 . I shoot with Nikon and Hasselblad.
I am looking to get together with people who have a passion for photography on both sides of the camera, fashion, modeling, make up, hair and the related fields: retouching, editing, printing etc. It is all about getting better and smarter at what we do and love.
Sorry Ladies, I do not wish to do any nudes. I grew up in the industry. Need I say more? There are plenty of guys with cameras and the other half who put them down, but are none better… to help you with that. And then of course you’ve got the “Elite”. An extraordinary bunch of shooters whom I admire for their creativity, professionalism and sometime madness. There are quite a few of those on MM. Keep your eyes open. They are the quintessence of what we are thriving for.
They all have my utmost respect an admiration.
I want to shoot the following and sometime very different groups: Interesting people, beautiful people, people whose character hose-out of their physical been, people who’s marked faces tell so many stories, people with a certain talent that need to be immortalized (Sculptors, dancers, actors, musicians, street and circus performers and “yes” even mimes). The list could be long but you get the idea.
I want the “MODELS” of our society. So contact me if you have a pictorial story to tell, let us talk.
A model release and photo usage agreement will be exchanged prior to the shoot.
I hope to hear from you… and you …and yes you too!
