NoRal2010 creatively integrates bold fabrication, a strong sense of individuality and elements from our endless pop culture. Grounded by traditional design philosophies with modern vision, a new wave of design is born.

A native of Kentucky, LaRon Hickerson, the designer and creator of all of what is NoRal2010 graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in fashion design.

LaRon's achievements include winning the 2002 Precious Lashley, $10,000 fashion scholarship presented by N'DIGO publications and placing as a semi-finalist for the 2000 Victor Skrebneski Fashion Scholarship.

Featured in Fashion Explosion presented by Darius Brooks in 2002, NoRal2010 soon after was nominated for two Chicago Fashion and Beauty Awards in 2003.

The growth of NoRal2010 as a label stems from the relocation to Los Angeles CA where the line has been featured in the Los Angeles Black Business Expo, Beauty Revolution in Anaheim, Los Angeles Urban Fashion Week and more!

In November of 2005 to February 2006 LaRon alongside Melissa Rivers brought to TV Guide channel the television pilot The Stylist. LaRon earned his first National tear sheet from the show by putting together a wild rock and roll look for Young and the Restless star Christine Williams played by Lauralee Bell.

December of 2005 NoRal2010 became available to the public launching a Men's and Women's collection in the Los Angeles boutique Makeda then in November 2008 at Forplay on Hollywood Blvd.

Up to this point, LaRon had been a featured designer but that all changed October of 2010 when the first solo show from the line, 2010: The Fashion Show hit the runway. Applauded for it's fusion of fashion, video, breakdancers, electric guitar, men's, women's & plus size design. The NoRal2010 line became known for delivering a fashion show production rather than your ordinary run of the mill runway show.

The demand for NoRal2010 menswear was an instant response to 2010: The Fashion Show, leading to the creation of M816: The All Male NoRal2010 Fashion Show.

M816 (Menswear, 8 Scenes, 16 Top Male Models) is currently touring the United States with it's initial launch June of 2011 at the Aqua Lounge in Beverly Hills CA. The tour has forthcoming stops in Miami, Arizona, Atlanta, New York & Los Angeles.

The line has been blessed to healthy exposure within several magazines including the covers of Swerv Magazine, Male XXXII, & Cinhte'.
