I work best with people who don't take themselves too seriously. Occasionally I have ideas and I come here to find models to work with. Or I contact an agency for a test. Depends.

Bottom line: love this stuff. I focus on creating the mood for the team, then gently guiding the story along. I am constantly pushing for the kind of simplicity that comes from conquering complexities, not ignoring them. I rarely use photoshop or localized photo manipulation. Some people make really cool images in the retouching stage...Its just not my style! I enjoy working with talented outgoing people who are incredibly committed to evolving their skillset. A touch of crazy never hurts either
