Mental Images

***Please ignore the website tag in most of my photos.  My website used to be keanephoto.com.  I took it down recently to update it, and before I new it, somebody else bought the name!  I will be starting a new website soon with a different URL.***

After graduating from Emily Carr a while back (BFA, majoring in photography), I spent four years working abroad, mainly in Japan, Indonesia, and Australia.  But now I’m back and working in Vancouver and the surrounding areas.

The main reason that I’m using M.M., is to connect with fashion designers, stylists, and hair/make-up gurus.  I’d like to find a few amazingly talented people that I can work comfortably with and consistently make great images together.

I've had the great fortune to be able to work with some amazing creators and I hope my luck continues well into the future. If you have a creative idea that you think I might be able to help you accomplish, please let me know. If I find the idea to be in the realm of what I want to create then we can have ourselves a great time working toward it.

I enjoy creating work that exists beyond the realm of ordinary and mundane by pushing the boundaries of the photographic medium.  Challenging the creativity of everyone involved is what I do.  I enjoy turning concepts and dreams into reality.

If you are a model and are interested in working with me, please let me know what kind of images you are looking for and what you’d like to use them for.  As far as TFP goes, if you are into my style of photography and are ok with getting a little crazy and trying new things, then I would be more than interested in talking with you about a shoot.  Just so you know, unless I’m getting paid for it, I don’t shoot any railroad tracks, sunsets or white walls as my backdrops.  If you’re interested in shoots like that, there are a lot of other photographers on here that can accommodate you.  In fact, I’m really quite bored with the images I’ve created in the past, and would really like to start to push the envelope more, creating more theatrical and meaningful images.

I offer both Hi rez and Lo rez images on CD to models who participate in TFP. You are more than welcome to use those images for your own personal or professional purposes with no fees required by me. However, I will ask you to sign a model release form so that I too can use those images for my own purposes.  I will not use them for any adult websites or publications.

Other than that, if you have a project you'd like to hire me for, my rates are very reasonable and can be adjusted to fit most concepts. Feel free to contact me with your ideas.  And have a nice day!
