I have loads of ideas for both studio and casual shoots and would like to get in contact with more local models as I'm looking to vastly expand my portfolio. Also, I was recently accepted as the lincoln based photographer for apocalypsegirls.co.uk.
I can offer little in the way of paid work at the moment, but I'm looking to get a few projects off the ground:

*A series of shoots in the style of victorian spirit photography for a book collection.
*A series of shoots that replicates famous 40's pin-up shots but with a goth/metal twist for a calendar.
*A series of Edwardian / 20s silent vignettes and possibly a short film.

I’ve been taking photographs for a while now, but it has been over the past year and a half that I have really tried to make my way into the world of professional photography. Since then I have dramatically expanded my portfolio with a variety of shoots from clothing and fashion shoots to fetish shoots, and gig / event photography, even squeezing in an elaborate Gothic wedding.

I am always looking to expand my portfolio in every direction and will happily accept TF* work provided that travel expenses are covered. I am working on putting together a home studio for future shoots, and am aiming to begin work on a big project in the Autumn of 2009 that will become the basis of a coffee table book and hopefully an exhibition. In addition to this I am looking to do some calendar style shoots, stock photography and shoots to create a range of limited prints.

My personal preference is for location rather than studio shoots, and I have somewhat of a fetish for monochrome and stark lighting in the style of early 20th century film and photography… think Mick Rock and Antony Corbjin. I’m very much also into Victorian spirit photography and the work of people such as Erlend Mørk, Stephen Kasner, Jeffery Scott, Joachim Luetke, Nena Blue, Gottfried Helnwein, Chad Michael Ward, Matt Lombard, John Coulthart, Waken the Dead, Owain Richards, and of course Salvador Dali.

For hire work such as model portfolio’s or bands, I prefer to shoot as simply and stylishly as possible to create a good base for later manipulation
