Mayhem # 748907
Thanks everyone for the comments and messages. Right now I will be taking very limited shoots only if they have a very interesting concept or if I really like your style. I am a full-time student, have a busy weekend schedule as well as still nursing a pinched nerve injury. Therefore if we're going to work together, I want to be sure that we can get photos we BOTH can use for our portfolios whether the shoot be TF* or paid.
I don't model to make it a professional career. I model for fun, for the art, and for the experience. But that said, I still find it very important to maintain a level of professionalism. If you seriously want to shoot, please send me a message, not a TAG or Pic comment.
Thanks and have a great day!
So a little info about me. I am a long time Historical and Character costumer. Both are a personal hobby of mine. I've been sewing and costuming for half my life (13 years) and wouldn't give either up for the world. I've recently gotten into making my own corsets (and have even sold a few!). I have an interest in high fashion, having taken a few courses a while back.
I often describe myself as "Half barbarian, half redneck." Meaning that I am half Korean and half American. I definitely have an unusual sense of humor about things. Growing up with my crazy family has made me open to trying new things. That said, I am also not afraid to say "no," or express when I am uncomfortable.
What I am really interested in is having some new experiences, having fun, and meeting people in the various fields: Clothing, makeup, photography, etc. Mostly I look at this as a learning and growth experience: Your world is only as big as you make it.
I have a love for the camera. Besides having fun in front of the lens, I am also behind the lens of my Pentax K20D and older Pentax K1000. I have a lot of fun taking photos too, even if I mostly take pictures of odd things.
Since I have gotten contacted quite a number of times for shoots of this nature, I will put it plainly here: I do not do nude shoots. While I appreciate the beauty of the nude figure, I am not comfortable doing a shoot of this nature. Also, for safety reasons, I always bring a chaperon to shoots.
