VanyanÃs is a clothing and corsetry design business set in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We provide a customized service to cater for all sorts of tastes in alternative clothing.

VanyanÃs' aim in design is to create items that are always a little bit (or very much) out-of-the-ordinary. We are unwavering in our goal to provide exclusive garments that outshine the average quality of many clothes that are available on todayâs market.
Our inspiration is drawn from the extravagance of historical clothing, fantasy themes found in books, movies, and paintings as well as the darker, gothic style. Combining the stylized beauty of these fashions with beautiful fabrics of distinction VanyanÃs produces tailored garments of romantic elegance, exceptional quality and design.
Currently all VanyanÃs garments are made-to-measure. This means that we are able to cater for all body shapes and sizes as every garment is made using a VanyanÃs custom drafted pattern unique to the measurements of our individual clients. Each creation is designed for the individual's figure: to flatter and enhance their natural beauty - or perhaps tweak things a little with corsetry.
The aim is to make the person feel beautiful. No matter what your size, you can look and feel amazing if your clothing fits you properly. Confidence can take you a long way. Looking good can make you feel good, and when you feel good about yourself, people notice.
To have custom clothing made by VanyanÃs is a step in that direction. Working closely with our customers and their desires, we can create and design unique clothing to their requirements, making them feel just that little bit more special.
The fabrics and materials in VanyanÃsâ creations tend towards extravagant, luxurious, and are of exceptional quality. All garments are handmade in Australia.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US:
We are always looking for creative make-up artists, hair stylists and models to help with photo shoots and build up a bigger portfolio (we can only ask people for TFCD, but we'd be happy to cover expenses).
Photographers: If you wish to shoot with us TF please note we require a copy of all photos taken at the shoot without your watermark. If you prefer to have your watermark displayed for sites like MM, DeviantArt etc we are happy to comply (and we ask that you include our logo on these images) but for use on our professional site we require unwatermarked images (we will clearly credit your work). I wont do TF with photographers that only will deliver small resolution images, as they are useless for my printed portfolio.
Most of the garments you see in our gallery are one off private commissions and we do not have access a lot of the pieces you see here. So if you are wanting to use any of our designs for a shoot please don't expect us to have all the outfits at our disposal. That said, we do have quite a few outfits available.
On that note, we do NOT lend out or post garments in exchange for photographs. If you want to use our clothing you have to be prepared to work within our schedule as they are valuable pieces and we require that a VanyanÃs representative be present at the shoot. We are happy to assist with 'wardrobe' and generally help out on these occasions.
Models: If you have a fake (orange looking) tan we are not interested in working with you.
