Hi, thanks for visiting my page!
I was born in Trinidad & Tobago, a beautiful twin island paradise in the Caribbean. I came to the US (East Coast) for University & made my way to Sunny California afterwards, to settle down with my family.
I have a BA of Fine Art & Graphic Design - I do branding, websites, photo manips/restoration etc.
My real love is Photography and I only wish I had discovered it sooner! I will be studying Photography extensively over the next year & a half at University Of San Diego, La Jolla. I will post requests for models for any shoots as the need arises, so check back soon!

To exist is to be present somewhere
miles from here
everywhere… out
there.
And to be is to live
But to be me is to live beneath life’s
shadowy shape
behind life’s deceptively blithe state
below life’s reach, my fate

Rapaciously devoured by the system
where the man lives outside reason
and the bottle addles minds, but
yet no law precludes iniquity
so as children victimized
we can’t stand against society, again
To live as me is to be…
beaten by our fathers and our brothers
and our sons,
because their lives lack direction.
So our mothers and our sisters
and our daughters then become
the downtrodden, and the broken,
subjugated and maligned, yes
To be me
you’d have to look behind
the door of sorrow,
watch! As stealers of life break into
my mind and try to split
my constitution
with a knife or an erection,
Rape my spirit
but believe me when I say that
they can dominate my body
but they’ll never own my soul.
And since you’re listening
I should tell you…
That to be is just to live
but to be me you’d have to live
above the wreckage of existence
close your eyes just to survive, and
To be me you’d have to liberate
your thoughts just as
the ink runs from the pen
marry words with passion, think
about insurgence
and rehabilitating men.
now do you see
that to be is
just to live
but we can’t live life just to be…
oblivious?
You are love / You are ivory sweet skin/ moaning plum mouth/ burning/ You are limbs of bamboo/ strong and pliable/ earthen/ You are eyes of emerald seas/ and powerful movements/ fluid/ You are sweet Caribbean breeze/ on a hot Serengeti plain/ blowing/ You are brown feathered sparrow/ speak to my cool breast/ melodious/ You are tall stalwart oak/ proud wisdom/ philosophizing/ Your gold-bronzed hair/ likens you to a god/ My divinity/ My creativity/ My sensibility/ My "you have set me free!"/ You are love.
