There is just way too many FLAKY so-called models. You are not Professional if you cannot deliver on your word and/or follow through on your commitments. As the saying goes, "Actions Speak Louder than words". Say what you mean and Mean what you say or just don't say it at all because in reality you don't really mean it. And.....you just make yourself look really bad when you say Yes, and then you can't really deliver on your word. It's just sad, very sad to come across so many that are really Weak, lack the backbone and Stamina
NOT Showing up at all for a booking or a production without any notice whatsoever is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
All New Models The Sean Maxwell Project works with must have at least 3 Solid References that will be checked prior to any bookings.
A Flaky Model is someone who is unreliable and is not committed in word or action. A Flaky model will tell you that they'll meet you somewhere, and show up an hour late or don't show up at all.
The same applies to not returning phone calls or messages of other types. If you are unresponsive that counts too as being flaky and unprofessional. This applies not just to models, but to any other talents whose work ethics portray that lack of professionalism. If you say you're interested in working with The Sean Maxwell Project, Mean it!
Also, As of July 12th, 2009 The Sean Maxwell Project will no longer be doing any TF/TFP/TFCD or Model Paid Shoots , Not unless an exception is made and/or a Client is Paying, you have a look that will augment The Sean Maxwell Project Portfolio, or you are requested for a specific project. If a TF/TFP/TFCD exception is made, you will be required to pay in advance a $50.00 Refundable Booking Deposit. If you cancel within less than 48 hours or don't show that $50.00 is not refundable.
If you are interested in shooting, rates can be sent. All bookings will require a 50% Deposit which will be non-refundable if you cancel without proper notification up to 24hrs prior to the shoot.
If you're interested in working with The Sean Maxwell Project, You will be asked to provide 2 to 3 credible References whom should be able to comment on your character and work ethics. You must be Reliable, Dependable, and be able to follow through on committments made.
