About Me

I am a NYC based editorial fashion photographer.

Whether it be in studio on a white seamless or a elaborately built set; Or if it is outdoors in a field of poppies or on some cobbled stone alley in lower Manhattan, I am truly in love with fashion photography.

My love of studio fashion photography: There is something that is so beautiful having a subject on a well lit white seamless background, or black, or light blue or bright red for that matter. I love seeing the elaborate set ups from David LaChapelle. They are amazing.

My love of environmental fashion photography: I love getting that “Golden Hour” light (you know, the light from the sun right before it is about to disappear beneath the horizon) behind a model with a beautiful rim light glazing the side of the face.

I am always taking notice of what certain photographers are doing like David LaChapelle, Jill Greenberg, and Michael Muller. Yet, I still find inspiration in classical fashion photographers like Richard Avedon who kind of started it all.
