**UPDATE: Currently concentrating on promo for my RTW line It Is Known. If you are a model, blogger or a photographer with an active and influential social media following I am VERY interested in chatting about a collaboration. Otherwise, see shop announcement below.**
Freelance designer and occasional wardrobe stylist with a predilection for the arcane, the artistic, the beautiful and sometimes the macabre. This profile is mostly for me to connect with like-minded models and collaborators (MUAs, stylists, photographers) who are interested in shooting the concepts I'm interested in. I love to work with people who are creative and thoughtful but also considerate and collaborative.
***NOTE: I frequently work with A.W. Hill Photography. If you're very interested in working together and fall in the US 0-4 range, leave me a message stating so, as we frequently work together. Otherwise, see TFP announcement below.***
-Select TFP with a full team (MUA and hair or a wig provided) and a portfolio that meets/exceeds my current one. Models that are able to provide professional-quality hair and makeup ok.
-3-5 edited images that clearly showcase my garments/work
-Models should be US size 0-4
-Models and photographers, if you approach me, I respectfully ask you to participate in finding appropriate hair/MUA. If I approach you, I'll do the "legwork" for this.
***Paid Styling/Designing Work***
$100 flat for 1 high concept look for non-commercial purposes, additional looks negotiable with 1 week lead time minimum. I specialize in fantasy, high fashion, bizarre, unique, alternative and historical fashions for women only. Message me your concept, inspiration images, intended use of photos and I will see what I can pull. I frequently will create unique pieces for paid clients.
Concepts I'm interested in fleshing out and am currently creating garments for:
-A visual series exploring humorism (read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humorism
-4-part tribute to Alphonse Mucha's "Seasons"
-"Future-perfect" garments in an all-white setting
-Women's oppression/repression in the previous eras and how literacy changed it....seeing visions of women physically bound to their samplers/chairs and breaking free with the assistance of books/education (symbolically)
I'll add more as more comes to me. Looking forward to hearing from you.
