RCP Models

Photography, to me, is making what is beautiful in motion, memorable in still. The art of composing a photograph so that it sticks with you is what it's all about. Lighting and framing, directing, hair and makeup, music, attitude, friendship, collaboration, these are just a few of the elements that makeup a great and memorable image. I don't look to work with people who will help fulfill a temporary desire to "shoot" because i just think that stuff is for those who don't care to truly create art. That is what i look for. Those people who want to push the limits, take it to the next level, shoot for something that may be uncomfortable and achieve amazing results along the way. I was once told that it takes about 10 years to truly master anything and 6 years into this profession, i agree. There is still a TON to learn and improve on but you'll never make it there if you don't constantly seek to improve and realize that when you reach the point where you think you know it all, you realize you don't know anything close to enough. As technology and trends evolve, so will the world of photography and everything related (modeling, equipment, etc) and that is motivation enough to try to stay on top of the game as much as possible.

With all that said, I hope to inspire your confidence in working with me that we will push and push until we get the results were both happy with. I am a consummate professional and I realize that there were a few areas i needed improvement on in the past (i.e. turn around times, communications) and they have been addressed. To truly analyze my weaknesses, address them and improve them has been the only way to find growth and success and i believe it's an eternal process since perfection can never be had by anyone. I own my own studio in Chesapeake and i absolutely love it. What i would love more is if you would consider joining me and creating something that we can both cherish for years to come. Let's not watch as other create, let's create the history that others will simply only watch and wish for because they lack the desire to push hard enough.
