I fell into commercial photography in 1998; first working as an assistant and soon began shooting events until 2001. I took several opportunities to work in cinema as a production assistant, grip, camera operator, and director of photography before returning to commercial advertising.
I'm very grateful to so many individuals who took time to share their wealth of knowledge in this business. Debra Bloomfield was the first professor that opened my eyes to possibility and later I assisted and digital teched for Paul Moore, Robert Deutschman, Scott Montgomery, Jim Hughes, Leo Gong, Kevin Twomey, and Jim Bastardo for campaigns and clients that include: Lexus Motor Co., Design Within Reach, Williams Sonoma, Wired Magazine, Men's Health Magazine, Diablo Magazine, Clorox, Old Navy/Gap Inc., Safeway, Bon Appetit, Beringer Wine, Sutter Wine, and The London Times.
It's been a wonderfully chaotic ride and I'm looking forward to meeting wonderful stylists, makeup artists, models, and photographers to share ideas with and produce exciting images!

yes... i heard the rumor about macy's west.... i guess it's true?? that kinda sucks. same shit over on the east side. things are super shaky at the moment with the evil, bad, market....but I'm trying to think positive and that it could be worse.
testing like mad and taking advantage of slow times to work on marketing and networking. life's good.....though a nice trip out of the country would be really nice...
