BIO:
Traver Rains was raised on a fifth generation horse and cattle ranch in Montana.
He is Co-founder/Designer of Heatherette.
Thanks to people like world reknowned stylists Patti Wilson and Patricia Field, and photographer David LaChapelle, he made a tremendous splash in the fashion industry very early on, receiving editorial credits in such magazines as Vanity Fair, W, Surface, Paper, YM, In Style, ID, Flaunt, Italian Vogue, and Rolling Stone among others.

Photographer
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Traver is working as a fashion photographer in his Hollywood studio. He has recently shown his work at exhibits in San Francisco, Hollywood and Culver City. Attendees included Alan Cumming, Brian Friedman, Guy Branum, Aubrey O'Day and Erika Jayne.

Designer
Traver Rains, has also introduced a new label, T. Rains. His collection is a series of silkscreened t-shirts, tanks, and hoodies sold in exclusive boutiques and online. Traver presents a wearable and affordable collection reminiscent of both his western roots, a flair of pop art and some quirky humor. Many of the images seen are taken from Traver’s own photography. Not only has Heatherette made a mark in the fashion industry, Traver and Richie have ventured into the world of music as well and had the honor of collaborating with super producer Swizz Beatz on the Fall/Winter 2007 “Over the Rainbow” show soundtrack.  Other music ventures have included show soundtracks with Boy George and the Scissor Sisters.  Heatherette has also had the pleasure of: Costuming Danity Kanes nation-wide tour, as well as Steven Tyler for Aerosmith, Pink, Lil Mama, Teyana Taylor etc

Heatherette is also active participants in the following charities:
