My Approach
I consider myself a minimalist that maximizes technology. I've found that many, if not most photographers that I've worked with, researched, or know personally, rely almost completely on their equipment. Now don't get me wrong, a great camera and top of the line equipment such as lights and backdrops can certainly help in aspects of shoots or editing but they are not essential to creating the perfect picture. I've seen photographers with thousands of dollars worth of equipment still not be able to frame up a picture or understand the innerworking of the camera (such as shutter speed,apature, bracketing, white balance, ISO, JPG vs RAW,color temp...etc).Its because of this observation of others, I am constantly researching and educating myself on new techniques, technologies, trends, and camera development so I can stay on top of the market and be able to pass down great pictures and idea's to you.
I am a freelance photographer that thoroughly enjoys location/concept shots.The world is my studio and canvas as you are my paint. Boise ( although a up and comming city) still doesn't compare to Portland or San Francisco when it comes down to locations to shoot and because of that, I like to digitally create my own backgrounds when it would benefit the shot.
Rather than rely on my equipment, I rely mostly on my editing skills. Through editing I can create, control, manipulate, and add virtually anything. This is what I believe stands me apart from most photographers. I rely on my own creativity and not my equipment. I could shoot you with a point and shoot disposable dollar store camera and still make my photographs turn out the way they do. Do you see my point?

I am not posting my "Best" work. I am posting the shots that I liked the most.
I enjoy doing pinups, nudes, maternity, rock and roll, and concept shots.

I hope to make this site more of a platform of inspiration to others on what can and is being done rather than another avenue to make a buck. Some of these artist's inspire me.
