“I’m doing this to show that dreams never die until the soul does”….This is the law and mission that 23 year old Raphel “KAYOHTIQ” Faison lives by in his life. Since the tender age of 4, KAYOHTIQ has always had a passion for dance and the many different creations that can come from it. Originally from the Brooklyn section of New York City, Kayo begin his dream of dance and Entertainment seriously at the tender age of 13, enrolling in many different dance class which includes ballet, modern and contemporary jazz, but it wasn’t until he took his first hip hop class at Broadway Dance Center that he realized where his heart lied.Since then, his career begin to take leap as he begin to dance hip hop in different dance groups and perform at many different venues across the tri state area. Soon after this, Kayo began to take his talent to a different level and started soon to choreograph for underground artists and personal dance instructions, infusing many different styles of dance into one complete element of his own unique style of hip hop. After his college graduation, Kayo became weary of the redundancies in his hometown, so he decided to relocate to Atlanta, where he believed he can bring something new and fresh to the already up and coming Entertainment world out there, and join the ride of success.Since then, he still continues to grow as both a dancer and Choreographer, taking classes to enhance his technicality and discipline, and creating over 100 pieces of choreography, each very unique to its own song.
