My Name is John Mitchell, and I have been a photographer for going on 8 years. My work is published locally in Toronto, all across canada, and in the UK. I started out in the club scene in the late 1990's, shooting raves. What started as a hobby became a full time position sometime in 2004. My artistic stylings have garnished me the respect and admiration of my peers in the industry, and the main players involved. I am one of the resident photographers at clubs such as Circa, Footwork, Modclub, This is London, and a host of others, I've worked with every dj, promoter and bar owner in the industry, and my talents are called upon for most of the bigger international dj themed events you see all over the city. The biggest magazines and websites in the industry use my work, and I am ready to branch off from not just being a club photographer, but to use the abstract talents I have gained being one INSIDE the club, to the outside, mainstream world.
