11/11/09: I'll be returning to editing work on 11/16. That's when I'll be finishing up all shoots in my editing queue. Until further notice, I'll only be trading when I'm showcasing a designer's work.
Messages: Daily, I receive a large number of emails/tags/comments that I greatly appreciate. However, due to the sheer volume I receive, I am not always able to answer quickly. For a faster response, please try to keep your email between 3-5 sentences, and please put something in the subject line that explains why you're emailing me. For example, "trade inquiry," "I'd like to hire you," "Do you offer editing services?"
Trade: I'll trade for the following: Use of a designer's work, awesome locations, special skills, wicked props, hair/makeup, or if you have glorious modeling skills that make me weak in the knees.
Hire: If you'd like to hire me during my regular work hours, my rates are low for the quality of work you'll receive.
Time: Many of my images are composites or part digital painting. They take an incredibly long time to create, and a huge amount of effort. With trade work, I usually get the first image to you quickly. However, all other images take a bit of time, especially if I need to sit there and draw any parts of the image from scratch. If you hire me, your images arrive much faster than with trade.
Escorts: Unless you’re a minor, traveling long distances, or if nudity is involved in the shoot, I don’t usually allow escorts. I usually bring a team so you won’t be alone. Also, I have a long list of references that you may contact.
Flakes: If you flake on a shoot, without a good reason, my door is closed to you. Forever.
Fellow Artists: If you work with another artist, please thank them and credit them in your portfolio. They deserve it. They've worked hard...and a lot of times for free.
Location: I mainly shoot on location. however, I can provide studio work.
Dedication: I edit all of my own work, I build sets, I create custom wardrobes, I style hair, and I apply makeup. I’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done, and I see limits as challenges I’ve yet to overcome.
