My career in makeup was inspired by the introduction of fine art and photography early on in my life. At the age of 18, I took my first job with M.A.C. cosmetics - a leading makeup brand. It was there that I learned the fundamentals of makeup. After spending two years training and taking classes at M.A.C. Pro, I knew make-up was my career path. In 2005 I transferred from a M.A.C. retail counter in White Plains, NY to Saks Fifth Ave. in New York City. I had the privilege, numerous times, to work with the world’s most innovative makeup artists and top models during New York Fashion Week.
Soon after, I took an internship job with world-renowned makeup artist Romy. I assisted her on prestigious magazine editorials, fashion shows, and celebrities. While at this position I realized the most important tool in my life; my intuition.
After my internship with Romy, I began to explore my place in the industry. On the road of self-discovery I realized what gave me my strength as a makeup artist; my ability to enhance the bold, innovative, and self-expression of a woman, through my authentic innovative style. My style is an inherent part of who I am, and therefore translates to all of my clients.
My talent today can be seen on a variety of magazine covers, Fashion editorials and celebrities.
