I am a female Photographer from Mississauga, Ont. Ever since I was small I always loved taking pictures. It has only been recently that I bought my first camera and started exploring what I should have done long ago. I have always been creative and I'm excited to put my visions to good use.
I find many people trust me immediately which works very well when pointing a lens at someone close-up. You can have the most beautiful model but if he/she is not relaxed it can relay directly to the picture. I enjoy working with everyday "non-models" as in my eyes I see the beauty that they sometimes can't. When I can take someone rather "everyday normal" and make them look like super models, I believe some finally see what I saw in the first place.
I am here mostly to hone the creative side of myself that I have just begun to explore. To become more technical is one of my goals as I have been told I already have a natural eye for taking pictures. I have just begun to learn photoshop as of Apr/09 so comments from wizards are appreciated. I do believe however, that photoshop is a very dangerous tool. there are sooo many "improvements" you can make...i.e. make you skinnier, clear your skin and make you into someone you are not. I know personally I prefer the P.S. version of myself.

I do not want my models to feel worse about themselves or feel that I as a photographer think they look best with a smaller nose etc. I want them to walk away with the BEST version of who they really are. I am trying to learn to be a subtle as possible and whenever I can, I like to make the image as perfect as possible and post right out of the camera.
I don't like drama, bullies or conceit. So, probably if you think you are all that, I won't. lol I welcome any constructive criticism, however ego blowing it may be
Please keep it professional and respectful. I appreciate people who I can learn from or have talent I may be able to use. If you are looking for a date, you will be disappointed.
TFP/TFCD requests are welcome to those I believe that can add to my portfolio.
I respect peoples time and efforts and I expect the same in return. No "Corn Flakes" as my photographer friend and I refer to models/MUA who "flake" out at the last minute. At LEAST 24 hrs advance notice is required. Life happens and I am understanding, however, you only have 2 chances. After the second cancellation I am no longer interested, even if you are smokin'. lol
