Although I'm well known for my street photography, I also do fashion-editorial and boudoir/pin-up photography too. I have a strong interest in creating sets of theme-based images or concepts. Although this kind of photography is challenging because it often requires planning and the help of others, I find it satisfying and rewarding. This kind of collaboration tends to bring good people together - - MUAs, models and stylists often walk away from my shoots as good friends.

A note about how I prefer to work:
- Please contact me at kensteinphotography@gmail.com, seriously. Regular email works best for me.
- Proof of age is necessary, models must be 20 years and older.
- Releases will be signed.
- I often work with one or two female assistants who help with makeup, clothing, set and lighting as well as a college intern who assists with post production - - I prefer not to work alone.
- The lenses I use do a bad job at hiding less than stellar makeup. Unless you are a trained or experienced stage performer, having a talented and properly compensated MUA for a shoot is as important as everything else. Please speak to me about this as I can explain how a talented and reasonably priced MUA can help make your shoot great.
- I am exhausted from retouching bad makeup.
- Please be a nice person.
- A word about "escorts"; I'd prefer if you left them at the door and have them return at a set time.
- Images from shoots are usually delivered online by way of a third-party web service. They provide a host of services and create wonderful prints.
- Incredibly I now have to explicitly state that under NO circumstances should you or anyone involved in a shoot bring an animal with them.
- Reading IS fundamental.
In order to keep my friends list clean and easy to sort through, I only add people with whom I've worked with and want to give good references for, or those who express (through messaging) a desire to work with me.
