Freelance Photographer in Salt Lake City... I specialize in location portraits and glamour photograpy. I enjoy working in the outdoors. I also photograph Families, Children, Couples and weddings. I shoot conventional and digital.

Let me make this perfectly clear up front. I don't have a commercial studio. I work from home.

I no longer have free time to shoot during the day time as my work schedule has changed. Evenings and weekends are a possibility depending on details.

I am interested mostly in paid work. My rates are reasonable. I will consider trades an a case by case basis. Shoot me your ideas. I don't pay models. I've actually had models email saying they want to shoot and include thier rates. How absurd.

Bikini in the snow:
Of course I do want a model in the bikini in the snow. This is hard to plan. A nice sunny day would be great. I wouldn't want the model to get sick. I'm thinking snow boots and a long coat in various stages of open.

Horses
I'd love to shoot something with horses or a horse...  Cowgirl, Lady Godiva, riding on the beach at sunset...

Strawberries or other food
Close up of lips, model biting into a strawberry, apple, bannana, watermellon... M&Ms, skittles, Hershey Kisses, chocolate syrup, candy cane, lollipop...

Fall color leaves:
Leaves strategically placed on the torso. Could be shot just about anywhere during the fall. The Temple Quarry is beautiful when the leaves start changing in September but probably too public for what I have in mind. Some fun fashion stuff could be shot there though.

Wild flowers:
Early morning light is probably best for this shot. The location is Albion Basin (Alta Ski Resort) last week of July through first week of August. This is a rather small window of opportunity so it needs to be planned well in advance. The Model is wearing a loose fitting white cotton sundress. Some hiking may be required to find the perfect location. There is also a beautiful little lake that takes about an hour and half to hike to.

Bodyscapes in nature:
Location is anyplace with trees and rocks. The model is part of the scene, rather than the main subject. Lisa Falls in Little Cottonwood Canyon would work well for this. Any time of day should work about the same. Slightly overcast or hazy sunlight would be good.

I look forward to hearing your ideas, and hope we can work together to create some great images. Since these images are not part of commercial project compensation will be on a trade basis. What I really need is a "Muse" ... someone very inspiring who I can work with on several projects that are beneficial to both.
