If you joined recently, I'd like to welcome you to MM! Here's a very nice guide from early members you might like:
Model Mayhem Survival Guide.
Having been here for over 4 years, I've added many many contacts, hoping that in my
travels we will run across one another and share our
common love for art. Yes I'm trigger happy
I was addicted to photography in college and continue suffering from relapses (currently in camera rehab). I display my work here to get active feedback as my technique changes with time (you can see the oldest ones from college days at the end) and enjoy collaborating with artists in New York and shooting bands, weddings, runway shows + everything in between.
Best way to reach me:

If you're a retoucher, I'd gladly offer you my high resolution images for testing. You can put them up on your profile as long as I get credit too.
Nietzsche wrote:
86 The index of the scales We praise or blame according to whether the one or the other offers a greater opportunity for our power of judgment to shine out.
302 Preference for certain virtues We do not place especial value on the possession of a virtue until we notice its total absence in our opponent.
508 Out in nature We like to be out in nature so much because it has no opinion about us.

If it wasn't for physics and law enforcement, I'd be unstoppable!
my models:
Elena: Fashion concepts for a short duration in London.
"You cannot take pictures here", Greenwich. Run!
Tara: She is intelligent and excellent at taking directions.
Lyndsey: I discovered her, really! Although we've parted ways since. Museums, parks and beaches.
Domique: Long ago, when I was new to commercial photography, and she had just moved to the US from Switzerland. Studio in Bronx, one talkative elderly photographer, and us.
reference:
Anna Rozenblat: We've worked together on hundreds of projects and we know each other quite well.
How to critique anything (replace poem/poet appropriately):
"I thought that some of the metaphysical imagery
was really particularly effective.
.. and ...
interesting rhythmic devices too,
which seemed to counterpoint the ...
counterpoint the surrealism
of the
underlying metaphor of the ...
humanity of the ...
of the poet's compassionate soul,
which contrives through
the medium of the verse structure
to sublimate this, transcend that,
and come to terms with the
fundamental dichotomies of the other,
and one is left with a
profound and vivid insight
into ...
into ...
Into whatever it was the poem was about!"
