Hello, and thanks for coming to see my work! My name is Kristina Barr and I'm a special effects and beauty makeup artist. I take great pride in my work and always make sure to capture client's vision. I'm very detail oriented and always strive to keep my clients happy and beautiful. I believe that makeup will always enhance one's beauty (as long as it's not latex and zombie blood). I truly believe in the artistry of makeup and posses a good understanding of color theory, lighting, and the camera. I've recently just graduated from DEC in Monessen, PA where I was trained in the technique of special effects makeup application (prosthetics). I've been doing beauty makeup for about 6 years and special effects for 2. I'm looking to work with clients in and around the Pittsburgh area. In and out of school, I have done work for various live events, student films, photo shoots and haunted houses.
