I'm Ashley Antilley and I have four years of experience with freelance photo retouching. I currently use a combination of Adobe Lightroom 3 and Adobe Photoshop CS5 for my retouching. Please visit my website to view before and afters and 100% crops.

F.A.Q’s –

-Do you do tf*?
++I do selective tf* projects particularly when I am in the need of new images for my port. If you're interested in tf* message me, my answer may not always be yes but it doesn't hurt to ask. smile

-How do I get my images to you?
++There are a couple of ways to do this… Most people seem to prefer e-mail, but I also have a server and you can get the images to me via ftp. I do not have a preference; either are easy for me, so it’s whatever is the easiest for you.

-When will I receive my retouched image?
++My turn around rate for paid images is between 24-48 hours after receiving the image. Usually I am able to return images within 24 hours. If I am going out of town or for any other reason my turn around will be slowed I will post the dates at the top of my profile, that way you can reflect on those dates and your deadline before contacting me. In regards to tf*, paid work is the priority and tf* is done on a first come-first serve basis and thus sometimes tf* takes longer than my normal turn around.

-How much do you charge for retouching?
++Once you have sent me an image[s] I will send you a quote. My rates are based on $20/hr prorated for projects that take less than an hour. My rate is open to negotiation for the right projects, please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to collaborate but feel I'm out of your price range.

-Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders or continuous work?
++I do offer discounts for orders of multiple images. My discounts go as follow: $18/hr for 6-10 images & $15/hr for 11+ images. I'm willing to negotiate larger discounts for bulk orders of 40 images or more.

-What form of payment do you accept?
++At this time I only accept paypal. You do not need paypal to pay this way and it’s very easy, I promise.

-Do I pay you before or after I’ve received my image?
++I will not give you the full-res retouched image unless I have received your full payment. I will; however, send marked proofs of the retouch[es] for your approval and make requested changes to the image[s] before payment. If this is a problem for you please communicate that to me and we can work something out.
