Writing an "About Me" section is always a strange thing. You want to be honest without being too boastful, and sound sincere rather than conceited. I'll do the best I can and I promise that I am really a down-to-earth and easy-going guy, even if my verbiage suggests otherwise.

Stylistically, I prefer to keep my photographs as realistic and true-to-life as possible. I have never been a fan of photography that is "artsy for the sake of artsy", cartoonish, or is manipulated in an unbelievable way. Those styles appeal to clients for certain scenarios, or have their places in fine art, however those styles are not what I am about. My photos do not adhere to any current fads (which by definition pass in a few years), but rather I strive to create a quality that is timeless. I desire to have photographs that are appreciated for their "style" for decades to come.

I place high value on quality, whether that is using top-of-the-line equipment or individually fine-tuning every released photo. Having been formally trained as an engineer, my love for science, technology, numbers, and formulas help my creativity immensely and effortlessly allow a meticulous attention to detail which creates a unique perspective in all of my photographs.
