Fitness/ health has been a huge part of my life, since i have been 17. My training has came along way. I enjoy pushing myself to the limits and seeing how far I can go. Strive to be the best you can be. My career in fitness modeling will hopefully keep rising with the help of those closest to me and a lot of motivation to succeed.

Two words can break down how i look at life, these words are over used sometimes "carpe diem" (seize the day). I have come to realize with the help of a good friend to not let others dictate your life, and follow what you believe. The most important things in my life are family and friends. I love working out and being healthy. Always smile, happiness is not a destination, it is a way of life. I never take life to serious because if you do, serious things tend to happen. Everyday we wake up, it is a GIFT not a guarantee, so live it. I try and be grateful for everything in my life, from the people to the situations, and see the good in it all. I try to put my heart and sweat into everything i set my mind to, give it 110%. I never want the feeling of looking back a year from now, and wish i started today.
