Looking for some honest constructive feedback from other photogs and models

Good pics but it looks like most of them were taken by the same guy.  You ought to shoot more.

Your facial expression is the same in about 80% of your shots. 
Many have the same style of lighting.
They all have the same "look."
Certainly, I can understand Paul's comments because there is a certain  overall "sameness" about your shots thus far. 
Your work is good though, and with good shots throughout your port.
My Advice:
Try: Experimenting with new looks. working with different people.  Try a stylist, and a MUA.  And try a new photographer (but be picky about your photogs).

you have a nice look. i would try some different kind of shots. different expressions. and different photographers.
i just dont think your pushing yourself.

You should definitely work with different people.  Some of the shots are technically flawed, which takes away from your look.  I would also have to add that in some of them you look a little nervous or uncomfortable.  Relax a tense image isn't flattering nor does it make you look like your comfortable modeling.  See if you can find somebody to brighten up some of the images.  Remember less is more.  I would prefer to see a few good images of a model than 20 poor shots.  Good start though.
