please i need some constructive criticism, am i trying too hard in any pictures, not trying enough, what poses look good and what doesnt, should i get some shots in with a scruffy face, any styles or settings you would like to see

I'd say they are reasonably good snap shots.  Unfortunately, they ARE snap shots, & you need something better.   I have more of a problem with the photography than I do with the model, or the posing.

They're pretty good...the one thing I would say you would need are some pics with intense eye contact. There are too many of you looking away, and the ones that you are looking at the camera aren't direct enough. There's no passion or intensity. We need to see some of you looking through the camera. You're a beautiful man, but there are a lot of beautiful men out there. There needs to be something more.
