Check out my newest picture and tell me if you think it is offensive...OMP banned by photographer from putting it up. I know it is really in your face, but that's what it's supposed to be. so..............................? Sep 20 05 12:52 pm Link im not allowed to talk about OMP, since i have been banned. but, if your going to do a shot called "attitude", then give it some attitude... yell, scream, something other than no expression at all. top right hand corner. http://musecube.com/taproot7700/66624/ it has a title but i cant put it on here because rules put down by MM. Sep 20 05 01:02 pm Link Nicholson Photography wrote: Ok so I will change the title....Done and done *lol* So what about the level of offensiveness now? Sep 20 05 01:04 pm Link IsabelAurora wrote: Hmmm... I looked at your MM portfolio, and I am guessing that you took the offensive images down before I had a chance to look at them. Sep 20 05 01:06 pm Link Nicholson Photography wrote: Which rule put down by MM doesn't allow to show models with attitude and raised middle fingers? Sep 20 05 01:07 pm Link its a middle finger, no biggie. if omp wants to have images with girls spread eagle and not have images of a finger, thats their call. i cant really say anymore. Sep 20 05 01:08 pm Link Haha no! It's the headshot in the silver necklace. The very first image on the top left! Sep 20 05 01:08 pm Link man, still can't find the offense Sep 20 05 01:11 pm Link Let me play devils advocate here. I have brought this up a few times when I see flip off shots. I think it is a lil strange that we can show flip off shots, but can not type out what it really means without being banned. So, I guess as long as you are saying it in sign language, its ok? lol Sep 20 05 01:12 pm Link IsabelAurora wrote: Well... isn't THAT the image in question with the raised middle finger? Sep 20 05 01:12 pm Link It's a great shot. I'm reallly surprised they took it down. (BTW, I'm not sure subtleness is a word...but "subtlety" is) Sep 20 05 01:13 pm Link Glamour Boulevard wrote: Well... displaying "attitude" in an image is different from cussing someone out in the forums. Sep 20 05 01:15 pm Link IsabelAurora wrote: In all honesty, I like that shot. I don't see how other sites could find it offensive. As someone else stated, there have been crotch shots more offensive than this. I say keep it up. Some people can't pull off the finger (I can't haha!), and you pulled it off great! Sep 20 05 01:15 pm Link DreamPretty wrote: Duely noted *haha* Sep 20 05 01:16 pm Link Subtle Sep 20 05 01:20 pm Link OMP does not allow the middle finger on their site, I watched someone else get reprimanded over that. Sep 20 05 01:56 pm Link What's the point in the first place? I think it just messes up an otherwise good image (that and the background). Paul Sep 20 05 03:39 pm Link The image did not wake me up or generate any feeling but sympathy. Sep 20 05 03:52 pm Link ProShotPhoto wrote: Why sympathy? Sep 20 05 04:21 pm Link Paul Ferrara wrote: Something wrong with the background? It was planned that way. Sep 20 05 04:40 pm Link It's a matter of contrast. The viewer's eye automatically goes first to the brightest or darkest area of the image. Plus it's just not attractive.
