I think you have a nice presence in front of the camera.  You have a lot of potential.  I would like to see more variety in styles and more color.  Also, I do not think the picture of you in the red shirt really has a purpose and should not be in your port.  (I can't believe I am about to say something that is so cliche so forgive me in advance for not being able to find better words but....) Quality over quantity.  You are just starting out so you may not have a lot to show.  That just proves more that what you want for other people to see should be your best.  So I would keep the b&ws and take out the red shirt.  Add more color and variety in your looks and you will do great!
