what should be the rates for someone using your model pics on printed material, like flyers, posters, etc. I would like to know what's a reasonable rate.

Is this something you already shot and released or something that someone has asked you to do?

Do you have licensed rights to the photographs?

Negotiate, Negotiate, Negotiate.  Do it in advance and in writing.  Rate also depends on what type of pose and for how long.  I suggest reading the profiles of successful models.  Ask them about their experiences.  There is no flat rate that covers all.
