Do you think I have the look for the industry?

The people that can answer that don't come here.  You might get lots of opinions from people who's opinion don't matter.

Go to the open calls as was suggested and let the bookers tell you if your look is saleable in your market.  I think you might, but I'm one of those people who's opinion doesn't matter.  If youv'e been and were told no, do you think people telling you here that you do will change that?

You were pointed in the right direction, but no one can make you take those steps, you have to do it on your own.

You have a good look, but it won't get you very far in texas.   Take a vacation and tour the agencies in NYC.   Bring your book and make sure all images are in the 9x12 format, this is the only acceptable size for professional models.   Good luck!

hmmm it's hard to evaluate your face from your photos. get a pictuer of yourself without a smile and without sunglasses. and not at an angle above or below you (because of distortion)
