Honestly it was the quotations that set me off. Instead of supplying the requested information, I sent a quotation back. (After reviewing the supplied website for more information about their management company.)

1. Who is required to hold a registration?

A person that has a place of business in the State of Texas or advertises in the State of Texas and obtains or attempts to obtain employment of artists in Texas. Each location must be licensed. Personal agents (managers) must also be licensed.

Maybe with more sleep I would be nicer to "model managers."

Alot of times when I've sent emails to friends or whomever else.. I've fallen asleep at the keyboard... with my fingers still on the keys... not knowing where I am when I wake up I hit send... Then I look in my sent mail.. and it's all gibberish...LOL Sufficed to say I have to send emails explaining what happened afterwards...lol

I have also done insomniac half awake posting. Like for the last week.
