I have also got a lot of good promo work through OMP casting calls.  If you are just looking for local stuff you can also try craigslist.com, but an agency is going to get you more money per hour.

that's not promo work sweetie

but omp casting calls can help i think with those kind of fields.
if you want to do "promo" work you can just look on any modeling site.

spokesmodeling, liquor promo's, nascar...etc
