Just wondering if anyone has a sample rights release to give to models who shoot TFCD/TFP.

I’ve been trying to figure whether I spell out the exact limitations, or make it just so the images can’t be sold/used for monetary gain.

Also, any idea for language regarding image manipulation?  Ideally, I’d like the images to be used as I shot them, but realistically, there are times some cropping, or other changes might be necessary.

Basically, I want to give the models as liberal use as possible for the images, without giving away potential income, or damage to artistic expression.

Thoughts anyone?

You are not looking for a rights release, you are looking for a limited use licence agreement.  You want to license certain rights to a model rather than granting her unlimited use of an image.  That is not uncommon.

However, since I am not an attorney, I will let others provide you with a form, there are plenty available.
