Mine are 19.5 also, (former runner and also former dancer.) I remember being so glad when they got this big, like I wasn't so skinny to be picked on by strangers anymore. Ha! Now...I'm grateful to have them. I worked as a nurse on a ward that had lots of people with amputations.

Grateful but, always wishing I would do more to lengthen and slenderize them!
